I recently captured a beautiful newborn baby boy, peacefully asleep on the master bed at home, his tiny limbs still curled up. This natural setting highlights the simple and honest beauty of at-home newborn photography. You can often find me in homes across Dublin, including Blackrock, Stillorgan, Dundrum, Booterstown, Ballsbridge, Dunlaoghaire, Monkstown, and Dalkey Village.

I come to your home, allowing you to stay in your cozy environment. Simply open the windows to let in natural light and clear a little clutter on either side of the master bed. A bedroom setting creates the perfect backdrop for family portraits with your newborn. You can all get comfy on the bed!

My in-home newborn photography sessions are designed to be stress-free and convenient. From two weeks after birth when your baby is still all curled up and still adapting to life at home. Or a bit later when you feel ready. I do a mix of classic family portraits and documentary style family photography, focusing on natural moments. Although I give wardrobe tips, being comfortable is the most important thing - rocking your favourite PJ's, or what you might normally wear at home with your new baby, is perfectly authentic. Just drag a comb through your hair and let's make some timeless memories.

Chasing Beautiful Light In Your Home!

I'll scout the prettiest light in your home, even in the unlikeliest of places! Beautiful light can be reflected from a window onto a wall or bed, or reflected back from a mirror. I find morning sessions suit most families, when baby and younger children are fresh from sleep and less cranky!

In home sessions are also perfect for older babies and small children who are naturally active, and if the sun is shining we can also go outside into the garden or a near by park!

I've taken photos in houses with low light as well as sun lit ones, and no two in home sessions are the same! But it's always so rewarding to capture the love of your growing family.
